Job Description – Store Executive
Location: Sector 2, Greater Noida Bisrakh
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in store/inventory management
Qualification: Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Store Executive to support daily store operations, including inventory management, material handling, documentation, and dispatch coordination. The candidate should have hands-on experience with ERP systems and ensure accurate and timely execution of store activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist in periodic stock audits
- Ensure timely material inward entries and issuance to production
- Maintain store documentation such as GRN, MIR, and update ERP systems regularly
- Assist in preparing finished goods for dispatch and ensure proper tracking
- Coordinate with the logistics team for dispatch planning and execution
- Maintain tool issue records and support calibration schedules
- Ensure proper storage, safety, and cleanliness of the store area
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth material flow
- Support in resolving store-related queries within defined timelines
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
- Working experience in ERP systems and MS Office
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Basic understanding of safety and compliance practices
Target Turnaround Times (TAT)
- Stock updates: Daily
- Inward posting: Within 24 hours
- Material issuance: Same shift or within 24 hours
- Documentation: Before EOD daily
- Dispatch planning: As per schedule
- Dispatch tracking: Update within 12 hours
- Tool logs: Daily
- Calibration support: Monthly
- Safety & housekeeping: Weekly/Monthly
